For the price this is exceptional. I'm a big boy, but this lasts well. I have used these stools for the last five years while shooting at various international and national level events. It's not as sophisticated as some specialist seats but for the price you can't expect that. It's comfortable, light weight and affordable!

Comfortable and secure, sturdy and not too heavy. There are designs that are flatter to carry but this is so comfortable to sit on, whether on flat or uneven ground. It's great for urban sketching and plain air painting (if you like to sit). The carry strap is a bit short for shoulder carry and the elastic to hold the seat fabric doesn't really make a particularly neat bundle because the seat fabric is quite stout (a good thing!), but the stool is still easy to carry and its comfort makes up for the minor niggles. No discomfort even after a couple of hours (I'm 6', 12.5 stone). The label is a bit "in your face" being contrast colour and on the top rather than discretely on the bottom!

Only used it briefly so far packs away in ruck sack just to make it easier when nothing to sit on while moving around will I'm 20 stone so it hold my weight will keep it with me and see how it goes

Item is great but the packaging was way too big.
I was not able to get to my local Decathlon store so I requested click and collect but I was almost not able to carry the item out of the Asda store where it was delivered to.
You could have put 6 stools in the box they packed it in, very wasteful.
Great value for money and very light to carry round.
