It's good ..
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
It's good works and pairs easier than more expensive types works well , first battery didn't last long but probally my fault as left it on strap. So far so good , and for the price awesome .
Cheap, easy, and it works.
Used for 1 week or less
My old Bluetooth HRM died and I wanted a replacement mainly to use at my local gym. This was so cheap I thought I would give it a go even though I wasn't sure it would be compatible. It works like a charm on the Technogym Excite 1000 treadmill in bluetooth mode. It works flawlessly on the Star Trac Spinner NXT bikes with the Spinning Studio Computer in ANT+ mode. It also works perfectly with the SportsTrackLive Android app I use on my LG G3 phone. The only thing that threw me initially is that with these new Bluetooth Smart BLE devices, you don't pair them, they just work directly with the app. It really doesn't get any easier than this.
Useful when it works...
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Not easy to get apps/devices to recognise it, even when previously connected. May not be the fault of the monitor, but very frustrating none the less.
Heart belt
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Used with the Decathlon cycling app. Woks fine no problems, also works with Strava, but the Decathlon app is better.
Excellent HR Belt
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Works well with IPhone Polar Beat and also Garmin 310xt along with my Concept 2 rower. Not quite as durable as Garmin belt. Also not sure when this should be washed, no instructions, assume it is same as Garmin, every 6 wears?
Giving False Readings
Used for 3 to 6 months
This worked perfectly for about 4 months, but now it keeps reporting false readings on my heart rate. Yesterday, while cycling it gave accurate readings for 42 minutes, then kept dropping out for the next 1h10m, before becoming better, but still not 100% accurate.

I have changed the battery twice, (I assume it will last a good deal longer than 2 months being used 3 days per week,) but still no joy.

I'm going to return it for another, but if that has the same problems i will look for a different make.
Response of the brand
Hi Eric,

I'm sorry for the problem's you've had with your Heart Rate Belt.

I have been advised by our product expert that it's possible to reset the belt by putting in the battery the flipped over and closed for 30 seconds.  If you can then reopen after 30 seconds and put it back normally.

Should this not solve your problem then you are more than welcome to return for a refund or exchange.

Kind regards,

David Daker
