How to choose your Gym Ball
- Size S: opt for this size if you are up to 1.65 m tall.
- Size M: between 1.65 and 1.85 m tall.
- Size L: over 1.85 m tall.
How do you inflate it to the right size?
When you pump up your ball for the first time, don't be afraid to over-inflate it.
Sit on it and adjust the inflation level (by slightly deflating it, if needed) to adjust the ball to your height. Your knees should be at the same height as your hips, or slightly lower.
To save time, you can inflate your ball using the Swiss Ball pump (sold separately).

Did you know?
The Swiss Ball was originally created in 1963 by an Italian manufacturer, and was later used by a physiotherapist named Suzanne Klein based in Switzerland, which it where it got its name.
What we call the Gym Ball, commonly known as an exercise ball, was initially designed for medical treatment, particularly for back, orthopaedic and neurological disorders.
