What's drop?

The drop of a shoe is the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. The shorter the drop, the more natural the foot movement for running, reducing "biomechanical" action, which can cause injury. The drop of these Run Support Lace shoes has been reduced to 6 mm to respect your little one's natural stride!

The sole has flex grooves for easier heel-to-toe transition when doing sport. The hard-wearing rubber half-sole prevents young athletes slipping on wet surfaces!
