How to use your product safely
Check that it is secured in place so that it doesn't come unhooked as you are exercising (if you are using it to assist you with exercises such as pull-ups for example).
Also check the state of your elastic band before using it. If you notice any breaks or white areas, do not use it: it could break while you're exercising.
How to choose your weight training band
Each colour corresponds to a level of resistance:
Blue:5 kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kg
If you use the band for strengthening, start with a lower resistance and then gradually increase it.
However, if you are using it to assist you during exercises such as pull-ups, a more resistant training band is best for beginners.

Our advice on the storage and use of weight training elastic bands
Our elastic bands are not meant for use at the swimming pool: we do not test their chlorine resistance.
They should also not be stored in places subject to wide temperature variations or in the sun.
Lastly, to keep them in good condition for a long time, they should not be used on sharp or abrasive surfaces
Our coach's advice for using this elastic band
This elastic band has a high degree of stress, making it difficult to do strength exercises with it. It is for well-trained sports users only.
Having said that, it is possible to do:
- deadlifting, 4 x 6 -12 repetitions
- rowing 4 x 8 - 12 repetitions
Adjust the number of repetitions to have 3 repetitions of leeway.
