Decathlon Egypt Delivers to all governorates across the country.
Unfortunately, delivery is not free. The delivery fee varies according to the parcel's weight and the customer's basket size.
The cost of the standard delivery depends on the weight of your order and the carrier used. The delivery price will be indicated on your basket page.
Standard home delivery in Cairo starts from 25LE for smaller goods and increases and according to weight and the volume.
Please note that we do not do deliveries on weekends and delivery lead times are calculated according to weekdays. If you place your order on Friday, you will then receive your order on the Sunday or Monday of the following week.
Where do we deliver?
Your order will be delivered to the address provided in your customer account "home" or "work".
Our delivery company Fedex ensures delivery throughout the Egyptian territory, and even in the areas that are difficult to access
What is the delivery time limit?
Delivery time limit may vary between 2 to 3 days starting from the date of order validation inside Great Cairo.
These limits may be extended in case of large packages (treadmill, bicycle, etc)
On which days do we deliver?
Deliveries are made every day of the week except weekends (Friday and Saturday) and public holidays
What to do in case of my absence during the delivery time?
In case of Absence during delivery of your order, you have 2 days to answer 3 attempts from the carrier, and once from Decathlon team, and ask pick up your package at the address indicated.
Another person can pick up the order at your place on condition that this last one is at the address indicated when ordering.
Beyond this period, the package will be returned to Decathlon Egypt. the Ecommerce team will send you a confirmation by email. Decathlon Egypt will consider that you asserted your right of withdrawal, which will give rise to the reimbursement of the amount of the order, under the conditions of legal provisions in force, after deduction of the freight charges.
What are the types of delivery services?
Standard: This is ideal for customers with small baskets ( for basket size that weighs below X kg).
Economy: Deal for customers outside Cairo or those looking to buy big items like treadmills, bicycles, and weights
