Members earn 3 points per each 1 EGP spent on their purchase of products sold and shipped by DECATHLON in one of the participating DECATHLON stores or on the www.decathlon.eg website or the DECATHLON application (the “Product”).
Exclusions: DECATHLON gift cards, delivery charges, and Decathlon Marketplace products are excluded, and Members will not earn any loyalty points for their purchase.
Earning Mechanism:
- Online purchases: Members must log in to their online DECATHLON account.
- In-store purchases: Members must either scan their membership card (QR code) at the checkout, or present it to a DECATHLON store employee, at the time of each purchase.
The accumulation of loyalty points starts as soon as a Member joins the Programme. DECATHLON is under no obligation to award any loyalty points retrospectively after a purchase, or for purchases made prior to joining.
4.2. Point Crediting and Investigation
Loyalty points are only credited to the Member's account once the order status is fulfilled (either through home delivery or in-store pick-up). This process typically takes up to 24–48 hours after delivery. If points are not reflected after this period, the Member should contact Customer Support with full order details for investigation and resolution.
4.3. One-off Offers and Missions
DECATHLON may run one-off commercial offers and short-term missions allowing Members to earn additional loyalty points.
4.4. Loyalty Points Validity
The collected loyalty points will be valid for 12 months, and therefore Members must use them within 12 months from the collection date. However, for specific events or campaigns, this validity period may be reduced. Any reduced validity period will be clearly communicated to the Member via email and will be visible on the membership website at the time of conversion.
4.5. Converting Loyalty Points into a Voucher
Loyalty points can be converted by the Member into DECATHLON vouchers of varying denominations: EGP 50, EGP 100, EGP 150, EGP 200, EGP 300, and EGP 400, each corresponding to a specific equivalent point value.
Balance Check & Conversion: Members can check their current loyalty points balance on the membership website or through the DECATHLON mobile application. To convert points, Members must visit the Rewards Catalog on the membership website.
Voucher Redemption: If the Member has the required equivalent points, the desired voucher will be unlocked. The Member will receive an email with the redemption details containing the unique voucher number and PIN (for online use) and the QR code (for in-store use). The QR code is also displayed within the same redemption page.
The voucher must be used only by the Member who converted the points. The voucher must be redeemed in full for a product sold and distributed by DECATHLON in a single transaction. Where the product purchase value is less than the voucher value, the unused voucher balance will be lost.
Exclusions: Services, home delivery, package delivery, and any other non-product related transactions are excluded. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations with Loyalty Points
5.1. Returns & Refunds of Purchased Product
If you return a Product and request a full or partial refund: The loyalty points corresponding to the refunded amount will be deducted from your loyalty points balance. Where your remaining balance is insufficient, the balance will be updated to a negative figure.
5.2. Cancellation of Orders Paid with Points
If an online order paid fully or partially with points is cancelled by you before shipment, or cancelled by Decathlon Egypt (e.g., out of stock), the points will be re-credited to your account within 7 working days, issued as a DECATHLON gift card equivalent to the amount of points used. Points will not be refunded in cash.
5.3. Returns & Refunds for Purchases Made with Points
If you purchased a Product using a converted point voucher and decided to return or refund it: The portion paid with cash/credit card will be refunded via the original payment method. The refunded value corresponding to the voucher will be issued to you as a DECATHLON gift card or gift receipt (in-store) or delivered electronically (online). Loyalty points redeemed during the purchase will not be re-credited to your account.
5.4. Voucher Refund Process for Cancelled/Returned Orders
If an order paid with a converted voucher is cancelled or returned, the original voucher is voided. A new voucher of the same amount will be automatically issued and sent to the customer’s email address within 7 days of the refund request. This email will contain a detailed PDF with the new voucher number and PIN. Customers must use this refunded voucher within 12 months of the refund date. Should any problem arise with the refunding of points or vouchers, the Member should contact Customer Support immediately.
