  • Head to the return station next to the cashtill

Return costs are charged to you, unless it is a problem related to your order or delivery 

  • Connect to my account > "order History" > "online orders" on the order with status Delivered click "details" > select the item in question > enter the reason or comment in section "Merchandise return" > then click on "Request a return" .
  • Someone from our customer service team will call to confirm the action plan
  • Pack your product and indicate your name and order number on a paper and slip it into the package
  • Depose your package via FEDEX
  • Reimbursement in case of refund when payed in cash on delivery will be via voucher or bank transfer - Credit card via voucher or credit card deposit between 2 to 10 days
  • Reimbursement in case of Exchange will be via Voucher and you can reorder the right product
