TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

What Swiss Ball size should you choose?

- Size S: you are up to 1.65 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 55 cm
- Size M: you are between 1.65 and 1.85 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 65 cm
- Size L: you are over 1.85 m tall, for an average diameter ball of 75 cm

How do you inflate it to the right size?

When you pump up your ball for the first time, don't be afraid to over-inflate it.
Sit on it and adjust the level of inflation (by slightly deflating if required) to help you adjust the ball size to your height. Your knees should be at the same height as your hips, or slightly lower.

To save time, you can inflate your ball using the Swiss Ball pump (sold separately).

The team's tip

We've swapped our office chairs for a Swiss Ball.
The result: we've been working our abs and strengthening our backs each day, (almost) without realising it.In this case, feel free to adjust the ball's inflation in relation to your desk height. Your forearms should be horizontal, with an elbow angle slightly greater than 90°.

The story behind this ball

Did you know that our teams design gym and Pilates products in Northern France?
The engineers, designers and product managers who have developed our Pilates accessories range are all big fans of Pilates. It took us 18 months to design, test and approve this Swiss ball.
Our Swiss Ball passed a range of tests with flying colours, from usage tests to durability, toxicity and ball texture tests.
