Unfortunately, as part of our quality process, the OXELO teams have identified a potential risk regarding the breakage of the scooter direction tube.
A crack can appear and cause the direction tube to break.
As part of our safety policy, & our commitment to the quality of our products that we design for our young users is such that we do not want to take any risks and we have decided to recall this product.
We invite you to return your product to your nearest store for a complete refund.
