It's not the best but decent enough for the price. It's light weight but deforms/stretches easily so does need "tightening" up occasionally and is quite inconspicuous. The attachment is plastic. Have a cheaper all metal one bought online on my 10yr old son's bike which I prefer but this is so far doing the job on the rare occasions its used, on my wife's bike.
