TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Water repellency

A quality achieved by applying a hydrophobic, water repellent treatment to a fabric. This process prevents water from sticking to the fabric's surface, thus limiting the latter's ability to absorb water. When movement is added to the equation, water runs off the fabric. This is what is meant by water repellent. Thanks to its water repellent properties, water does not soak into the outer fabric. The trousers remain light and dry more quickly.

According to the "windchill" model, which measures how the air temperature feels when factoring in the wind & cold: At a temperature of 5°C combined with winds of 30km/h, the temperature felt will be 0°C.
