The massage hand is suitable for massaging many different areas of the body:neck, arm, thighs, calves, pecs.This small accessory is for massaging muscles using hand pressure and vibrations.You can adjust the pressure according to the required intensity and depth of your massage.The massaging and vibrations help to release tension in the muscles and aid relaxation.Bonus: small in size to that you can take it with you when training or travelling!
What are the instructions for using the vibrating massage hand?
Turn the massage hand on and off by simply pressing the ON/OFF button until you hear the "CLICK".Recharge the battery using the cable provided.
The LED is red during charging and turns green when the battery has been recharged. Disconnect the cable once the battery is recharged.
