DESIGN	The 250 karate gi is made from polyester / cotton fabric so that it shrinks as little as possible when washed and dries faster than 100% cotton models. Karate gis are strengthened at the hem on the jacket and trousers.
HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR KARATE GI	- A karate novice should choose a soft and lightweight gi that is also durable thanks to its ribbed knit. - An advanced karateka who practises competitive kata (simulated combat without an opponent) should choose a very durable gi with a thicker, "snappy" fabric. - Advanced karateka doing fights (kumite) should choose a lighter gi that helps them perform all of their moves.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?	Your height will determine the size of your uniform (from 160 cm to 200 cm). We recommend choosing a uniform which is at least 5 cm bigger than your height. For example, if you are 174 cm, chose a 180 cm uniform.
CARE ADVICE	The uniform should be left out to air after each use. Regular washing will help keep your uniform white. Use cold water for the first few washes. After that, wash at no more warmer 30°C. Air dry. Do not tumble dry.
THE BENEFITS OF KARATE	Karate develops your concentration and helps channel your energy. The different karate techniques use all of the body's muscles. Karate improves balance, endurance and coordination. It is recommended that you wear a helmet and mouth guard.
