    Why should you wear boxing wraps under your gloves?

    Elasticated boxing wraps serve two purposes: they protect your wrists and your gloves. For your joints, they're designed to lock them in place and limit chafing in areas of repeated blows And for your gloves, using these wraps on your hands makes them more resistant to perspiration.

    How to choose your elasticated boxing wraps.

    Depending on the type of boxing you do. Are you more into a less intensive form of boxing with sparring moves? Go for 2.5 m or 3 m elasticated wraps, which are enough to protect your thumbs, metacarpals and wrists. Do you work out intensively with more sustained sparring? Choose 4 m or 4.5 m wraps that are thicker, for extra support.

    Even if it's tempting to leave your wraps lying around in your sports bag, take them out! It's best to let them dry in a dry, well-ventilated place before putting them away.
