The WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE consists of 80% whey protein derived from GRASS FED cow's milk.
This label guarantees that the cows providing the milk had 120 to 300 days of pasture per year, ensuring they were largely grass or hay-fed.
WHEN TO CONSUME YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE?
The quick assimilation of whey is ideal for use after a workout (up to 1 hour).
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a WHEY PROTEIN shake at breakfast or before training.
2/3 of your protein intake should come from a varied and balanced diet.
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE?
We have removed all texturising agents from our recipe to offer you a shorter ingredient list
Mix max. 200ml of water with 2 scoops (equivalent to 30g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.Mix for 30 seconds and consume.
We recommend using water at moderate temperature and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of animal or plant-based milk according to your taste
Can you use WHEY PROTEIN for weight loss / cutting?
Proteins are crucial when seeking to lose weight or lean out because they help maintain muscle mass.
This protein should not be considered a meal replacement under any circumstances.
