5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).
For example:
- 20' warm-up
- 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery
- 2 sets
- 2' rest between sets
- 10' recovery at end of workout

Keep your watch on as you swim along the surface or have a shower after your exertions, it's waterproofed to 5 ATM and has buttons that work on the surface of the water.
WARNING: do not use the buttons when swimming UNDERWATER.(For example: do not use the buttons at a depth of 1 metre)
