    The size of your Swiss ball depends on your height!
    if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 1 (55 cm diameter) is just what you need.
    The ball weighs 2 kg.

    How to inflate your Swiss Ball

    We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product reference: 8214626, or 8490986). Fully inflate your Swiss ball using a tape measure to check the diameter.
    For the size 1 ball, do not exceed 55 cm.
    Check that it is pumped up correctly by sitting on it: your knees should be at hip height.

    What accessories does the ball come with?

    Your Swiss ball comes with:
    - Two plugs (in case you lose the first one)
    - A plug remover to help you easily remove the plugs when inflating / deflating the ball
    - A tape measure to make sure your Swiss ball is correctly inflated

    We recommend storing your Swiss ball in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from heat sources (radiators, underfloor heating, sunny windows) and lacquered or varnished surfaces, etc.

First up, we perform a compression test that involves compressing the ball more than 100,000 times with a 195 kg weight; we then perform a static compression test in which a 325 kg weight is placed on the ball.
