if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 1 (55 cm diameter) is just what you need.

| How to inflate your Swiss Ball |
We recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product reference: 8214626, or 8490986). Fully inflate your Swiss ball using a tape measure to check the diameter.
For the size 1 ball, do not exceed 55 cm.
Check that it is pumped up correctly by sitting on it: your knees should be at hip height. |
| What accessories does the ball come with? |
Your Swiss ball comes with:
- Two plugs (in case you lose the first one)
- A plug remover to help you easily remove the plugs when inflating / deflating the ball
- A tape measure to make sure your Swiss ball is correctly inflated
