| Cleaning the 500 fold weights bench after workouts |
Wipe the weights bench with a damp cloth after each workout. This helps increase the lifespan of your bench. Sweat is acidic and can, in the long run, damage the cover of your weights bench. We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench while exercising. |
