You have several options for hanging up your punching bag:

- A wall bracket: perfect for attaching it to a wall.
- A freestanding base: a bracket that doesn't need to be fixed to anything, but does need to be weighed down.

They are attached by very robust reinforced straps and a snap hook for maximum safety. |

The straps attached to the bag are 31 cm long, measured vertically from top to bottom, and can't be adjusted
