STABILISE your running bag
Placement adviceStart by properly adjusting the main strap so that it is tight against your body, with the bag in a central position on the back or in the middle of the chest and the removable strap towards the bottom. Then clip the removable strap to the relevant attachment.
Check that it is also tight and fits properly.
