    This punch bag is amazing. Sold without weight, but with powder inside.
    All you need to do is fill the bag with 10 litres of water and the miracle of science takes place: on contact with the water, the powder turns into gel. Inflate the bag, then let the gel expand until it fills all the space inside the bag. Never seen anything like it? No wonder, it's a Decathlon innovation!
