Can you use the Fitness 900 mat when wearing shoes?
Planks, squats, mountain climbers, jumps, etc. Doing fitness puts your mats to the test. It has to be said that shoes aren't exactly kind to them. So we've added a protective film to the top of your mat, to make sure it's not afraid of your trainers. Now you can exercise as you like, your fitness mat will withstand all your movements.
What makes the Fitness mat so grippy?
This is what you worry about when you use your floor mat during your fitness sessions: slipping during a movement. Don't worry, our fitness mat is ultra-slip-resistant.
