Tips for starting out with a balance board |
Start off easy! For your first sessions, set your board on a gym mat and stand next to a wall or grab a pole. This will give you added support. As you get stronger, gradually do away with these items: you'll be surprised by your progress! Once you feel confident, you can try new exercises for a harder challenge. |
