    Here's how to position your wraps on your hands. Start with the ergonomic loop, which fits your thumb perfectly. The wrap should go along your thumb towards the back of your hand. Remember to keep an eye on the other end of the wrap to make sure you get it the right way around.

    How to choose the length of your elasticated boxing wraps

    The 2.5 m to 3 m boxing wraps are for smaller hands that just need wrapping once. They're best for low-impact activities such as touch sparring. As for the 4 m and 4.5 m wraps, they offer more support and better metacarpal protection. They're ideal for more intensive boxing, with more involved sparring.
