If you're used to powdered proteins with sucralose and acesulfame K, the taste of our new whey protein may, at first, seem more subtle to you.
To enhance the flavor, you can adjust the amount of liquid you mix with the powder. Varying it by 50 ml, for instance, will significantly affect the taste and texture.

How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN
- Mix 200ml of water and 1.5 heaped spoonful of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 33 g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
- Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
- Reduce or increase the quantity of water according to your preferences (especially texture).
- After mixing; drink the shake within one hour
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 200 ml of plant-based drink or milk.
WHEN TO CONSUME YOUR WHEY PROTEIN?
- Consume a recovery shake within 30 minutes after your sports session. - We recommend washing your shaker immediately after use.
