With the Mini Bike 100, you can work your muscles and your cardiovascular system at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury. |

You can monitor your progress and your performance by checking the various indicators on the console: the time since you began, pedalling cadence, the number of pedal turns, calories burnt since the beginning of the session, and the distance covered. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next! |
