    What is the purpose of a leather weight training belt?

    This leather weight training belt provides extra support by increasing abdominal pressure when lifting heavy weights (more than 80% of your one rep max). This pressure acts as a protective brace, ensuring good spinal support in the correct position.

    By using the belt as a support point, your abdominal and lumbar muscles stay engaged throughout the movement, reducing your risk of lower back injuries.

    With this weight training belt, you can do exercises such as:

    Positioning the weight training belt

    Your belt should be tight enough to support you and act as a brace. It's important to find a good balance so that you can train safely. First, attach it above your hips, tightening it moderately.
    You can then choose the tightest fitting notch that allows you to breathe normally.

    For even more support, you can suck in your stomach a bit while strapping it on for a tighter fit.

    Be careful not to wear it too often

    Don't forget to loosen the belt after each set of exercises, and don't wear it continuously, as it can increase your blood pressure.

    Use it for exercises requiring heavy weights.

    Put it on after warming up, when you are starting to lift more substantial weights.
